Shipping policy

For CADCAM Milling Machine Milling Burs and other Dental burs, if the order amount is between $1 and $99, we can provide 4PX logistics. You only need to pay $10. If your order amount exceeds $100, we will provide you with free delivery, which usually arrives within 15 days. If the order amount is between $1 and $500, you can also choose DHL express delivery, but you need to pay a shipping fee of $87. If it exceeds $500, we will provide free DHL service, and you need to choose the type of express delivery in advance.

For orders of heating elements, we can provide free 4PX express delivery, or you can choose DHL, but you will need to bear the shipping cost yourself

For orders of zirconium blocks, we offer free 4PX express delivery. You can also choose DHL express delivery. For orders weighing less than 5kg, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $97. For orders weighing 5-10kg, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $187. For orders weighing 10-21kg, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $268.

In addition to 4PX and DHL express delivery, you can also contact us and we can send you the express delivery you need, such as UPS, FedEx, etc.
If the package is lost and you cannot receive it, please contact us immediately and we can resend it for you.
